Saturdays at 8:30

For four years La Nuit has produced New Orleans’ friendliest weekly comedy show. The traditional format of a ComedySportz (CSz) show features two teams of improvisational performers (Actletes), competing in various improv games and performing scenes with audience members judging the results and awarding points. In every show, a CSz referee monitors the action, awarding points and administering fouls as necessary. ComedySportz is clean comedy, great for all ages and groups. We are also available for touring shows – bring us to your next party or convention!

Dates:

  • Saturday, August 9, 2008 @ 8:30 pm

@ La Nuit Comedy Theater

News from NOLAFunGuide

Posted by nolafunguide on July 31, 2008

Since launching in April 2007, NOLAFunGuide.com really has grown into “Your Go-To Guide for Greater New Orleans Arts, Entertainment & Fun”. NOLAFunGuide.com now features over 1,700 events and over 8,300 FunSavers subscribers. Without community events, exhibitions, galas and performances NOLAFunGuide.com would not be where it is right now – averaging 45,000 unique visitors and over 3 million hits each month.

The launch of FunSavers has been a great tool in helping local organizations generate more publicity and fill more seats while introducing members of the community to new experiences, especially during slow times like our summer months. FunSavers continues to get more exciting as the number of subscribers and offers increase. The latest mailing featured 15 separate offers – representing over 250 tickets.

When you submit a FunSavers offer be prepared to see your inbox filled with requests or to hear your phone ringing right away. That’s because FunSavers subscribers have learned to open the email as soon as it hits their inbox and respond to the offers immediately — they go fast….really FAST. Some offers are “sold out” within the first 2 minutes of the mailing hitting the inbox.

Here’s what some of NOLAFunGuide.com’s partners have to say about NOLAFunGuide.com and the NOLAFunSavers program.

Testimonials:

“The response for tickets has been overwhelming!” – Ashley Roth, Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board

“NOLAFunGuide is now our #4 highest-ranking referring website, behind Gambit, Google, and neworleanswebsites.com.” – Ian Hoch, La Nuit Comedy Theater

“Thanks. This is great. I am glad to hear that y’all feed info to other sites, too. Yours comes up first in a Google search of “New Orleans” + “events.” And your site is the best organized and fits our needs to have a community link. So, yes, we are definitely adding a link to your site….” – Aaron Martin, Tulane University

How can you help keep NOLAFunGuide.com and the NOLAFunSavers program climbing to the top?
